WHAT IS THE SAKE?
It is a drink obtained from the fermentation of rice, very popular in the Asian market. There are many types and it can be consumed cold, hot or warm depending on the season or the type. The Asians serve it in ceramic cups called “choko” and have it between meals, as an aperitif, with tea or accompanying sushi.
